Nigeria’s Next President Is A Contractor

Over the years, there has been so much devastation of Nigeria’s polity, economy and dilapidation of social life and values, collapse of the family institution, security justice system and infrastructure, escalation of poverty rate, destruction of the middle class, increase in out-of-school children, loss of confidence in government and many other complex problems.

When there is collapse of a structure or system, the first measure taken by a contractor before reconstruction is the clearing of debris at the construction site and rearrangement of the site. This is exactly what Nigeria’s President, working with Legislators, State Chief Executives and grass root political office holders, is expected to do from May 29, 2023.

The job of clearing this messed up site called Nigeria is not a four-year job and may not even be completed in eight years. Therefore, NIGERIA’S NEXT PRESIDENT IS ONLY A CONTRACTOR TO CLEAR THE SITE FOR THE SUBSEQUENT PRESIDENT TO BUILD ON.

What are the individual expectations of patriotic Nigerians from the next leadership that will assume office on May 29, 2023?
