The President also spoke on the challenges and constraints the University is currently contending with which he said he is not unaware of but stated that such challenges and constraints are not unusual during the early phases of life of any institution but he assured that this government, would continue to do its best to ensure that “your needs, in terms of infrastructure and human capacity, are addressed, within the limits of available resources”.
