No More Post UTME For Admissions, Says DELSU, Abraka

The management of Delta State University (DELSU), Abraka says candidates who applied to DELSU for 2025/2026 admissions shall now, “only be screened online with the Joint Admissions & Matriculation Board (JAMB) and O’level results.”

A statement issued through the university’s Official Bulletin by the Public Relations Unit of the Directorate of Ceremonies, Information & Public Relations in the Vice Chancellor’s Office, says “the import of this is that candidates shall no longer be taking usual examination popularly called post UTME. This reiteration has become necessary, given the repeated undue pressures being mounted on prospective candidates by yet to be identified criminal elements who claim to either be staff or agents of the university.

For the avoidance of doubts, admission into DELSU is absolutely free of charge and strictly by merit.”
